The coronavirus outbreak has created a period of uncertainty and change that affects us all. To help you get clarity and confidence about your career and keep moving forward with positivity and resilience, I’m offering a special package, that includes three 90-minute 1:1 zoom coaching sessions, plus tools, resources and unlimited email support, all delivered across six weeks.
This package is especially helpful for anyone navigating transition or unsettling times and wants to focus on their vision and priorities, while accessing some tools to create balance, structure and wellness.

The programme is entirely designed around your goals. In our initial consultation we’ll scope out together what you want to work on and what you’d like to achieve by the end of our time together, as well as the frequency and length of our sessions.
Often programmes comprise six 90 minute sessions, held every two or four weeks, depending on the scope and timeframe of your career goals.
As well as your one-on-one time with me, you’ll have access to my network and my library of coaching, business and mindfulness resources.
