I’m a certified executive coach who works with individuals, HR teams and organisations to develop talent and drive performance. With a focus on leadership skills and mental wellbeing, I help people play to their strengths and unlock their potential to achieve more.
While every programme is tailored to the requirements of the organisation and the individual, each one has in common a process that helps identify goals and provide tools and support to achieve them.
Sessions are typically delivered virtually (by Zoom or phone) or face to face in Edinburgh and all over the UK.
