Lisa Paris

I am an accredited Associate Executive Coach with more than 20 years’ experience in challenging international work environments, creating and leading transformational business initiatives.

I’ve worked with senior and board-level executives and know what it takes to be successful in high-pressure, high-profile roles.

Strongly oriented towards purpose, I help clients thoughtfully explore what is big in their life right now and discern deep down what matters to them. My priority is to create a safe space to reflect, as well as motivation and accountability for what my clients want to accomplish.

My approach is grounded in positive psychology and appreciative enquiry. I help my clients identify and play to their strengths so they can increase their impact.

Unafraid to have courageous conversations that challenge and guide my clients, I support them to achieve their personal and professional goals and become the best version of themselves.

I am passionate about learning and development, as well as incorporating everyday wellness practices to create sustainable high performance levels.

I hold a diploma in executive coaching and am an accredited Associate Executive Coach through the Association of Executive Coaches. I’m fully insured and underpin my practice with ongoing skills development and coaching supervision.


I’ve worked in international corporate environments across multiple functions, and know first hand what it takes to run a successful business and overcome challenges.


I’m a real person with two children, a love of photography and being in the great outdoors. I live in Edinburgh and explore Scotland and beyond whenever I can. My style is based on real world practicalities and creating balance for all the things we love.
