Balance and restore

Tension accumulates throughout our body and brain as we hurry through our busy lives. Restorative yoga prioritises stillness, relaxation, and a calmer state of mind. Yoga also helps you build better balance and reminds us to connect to our breath.

Take the time to get in and out of each pose safely – and if you have any medical concerns, talk with your doctor before practicing yoga.

Find a quiet space, lay down a mat or towel.

Melt, release, soften, relax, breathe.
