Be intentionally kind

Kindness is good for our physical and our emotional well-being. It reduces stress, anxiety and depression and can give a ‘natural high.’

An act of kindness is a good deed that shows compassion and love to someone else without any expectation in return. Kind behavior is contagious and spreads from one person to another person, having a ripple effect.

Try it next time you are out and about. Offer a kind word or gesture to someone you meet. Notice what happens for you and for them.
